We are offering British National Curriculum preparing our students for International General Certificate of Secondary Education as wells as General Equivalency Diploma for students with American Orientation. Our international teaching staff is highly skilled and sensitive to individual need.

The curriculum offered is tailored to suit the needs of students with learning difficulties. Delivering such a curriculum requires specialized teachers and learning resources. The instruction is based on an elaborate assessment report made by using various psychological tests and checklist. The reports are used to develop an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) which is the blue print of the instruction process. The IEP is made by a panel of teachers, parents and other professional who work with each student such as psychologists, various therapists depending on the needs of each child. The IEPs defines short term and long term academic, social and personal growth goals which are evaluated. The learning environment heavily draws from blooms taxonomy of learning and emphasis is paid to the affective domain that helps each student feel secure and loved in the classroom and the school. The class sizes are limited to 6-8 students with a lead teachers and assistance in class. This allows room for one on one interaction between the students and the teachers.

Examinations Offered:

The school is flexible in terms of meeting the needs of each student. We offer Exdcel program that leads to International General Education Certificate (IGCSE) and General Equivalence Diploma (GED) for the students who are able to gain the delayed academic milestones and sit a general examination. The subjects offered include:

  • English as a Second Language (ESL) emphasis is made on Reading and Writing Skills.
  • Math Foundation Level: Emphasis on Basic Numeracy Skills
  • General Sciences
  • Social Sciences
  • Sensory Integration

The functional skills option is offered to students may not enroll for a written examination. The curriculum focuses on all areas that prepare student for quality lives. The structured vocational program offered helps students to develop skills and eventually enroll to colleges where these skills are offered at a higher level. The vocational programs we are offering includes:

  • Art program
  • Home Economics
  • Music
  • Information Communication Technology
  • Sports (Basketball, Soccer, Swimming and Racket Games).
  • Tailoring

We have an intensive functional skills curriculum that focus on day to day skills that every students need to develop for quality independent, productive and happy live.
